Shipping

Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia only.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders, Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–11 business days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can also use our Track your order page.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Unused items in their original condition and packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the steps.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email support@vayelle.com with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders and payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is processed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount code field at checkout.
